I read "Gandi" this week. Gandi was born in India, he is black person. He want to be a lowyer ,so he decided to move to England to study low.One day, he couldn't take a bus because he is black person. It is a discrimination. And then he decided to try to abolish such as discrimination. But anytime, he didn'r violence becuse he really doesn't like violence. He made an effort for black people and India. He was sent to a prison but he never gave up. Finally,India won independent and many indian people respected him.I think,he is one of the greatest person who changed the world. Moreover, he gave courageous to people. His story will be taken over.

  2. Thank you for sharing the story. Indeed, people who like Gandi are worth respect, such as, Dr. King and former U.S. president,Lincoln, they all fought for human rights against discrimination. If they never made efforts for this, I can't imagine how different the world would be...

  3. Good comments and story, Yukari and Yumin! But I wonder if you would call Gandi "black". Yukari, would you mind finding out more about Gandi for me? Here's the info I found on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohandas_Karamchand_Gandhi

Let me know what you think. :)
